Workflow comparison

FindEstate or manual property feeds: which workflow fits your team?

Compare manual listing exports with the FindEstate workspace: data review, updates, publication permissions and the product’s current practical limits.

Compare the work you actually need to do

Here, a manual workflow means a process your team chooses: maintain properties on your website, in a CRM or spreadsheet, prepare an export and check what the chosen listing channel accepted. This is not a claim that every portal operates in the same way. Before evaluating a tool, write down your current steps and who owns each one.

FindEstate adds catalog connection, private record review and selected publication channels to that process. It does not automatically replace your CRM or send listings to every portal. If you occasionally prepare a few stable records, a simple spreadsheet may be sufficient. If you need a shared place to check data and control selected API, MCP or GEO access, a catalog workspace is worth testing.

Ask both workflows the same questions

The table compares a chosen manual process with current FindEstate tools, not another company’s specific service. Both require maintained source facts. A new system does not fix an unknown price or incorrect property ID merely because a file was transferred successfully.

Scroll the table sideways to see every column.

Test one price change before moving everything

Choose a small sample: an ordinary property, one with a changed price and one explicitly reserved. An illustrative example: property A-204 was 189,000 EUR and the source now says 185,000 EUR. Check that the same ID was updated, the currency stayed correct and the price confirmation date is clear. An empty field or missing row does not establish that the property sold.

FindEstate distinguishes the general listing observation date from the price confirmation date. A manual correction also matters: a later scan does not automatically remove it. Compare the source, private record and selected public response. If they disagree, establish why before importing the rest of the catalog and hoping the error disappears.

What your team still needs to prepare

Website or API reading can continue in the background and produce a partial result. A title or photograph preview does not establish complete catalog acquisition. Uploaded files and pasted JSON are imported directly; the current limit for one such import is 2 MiB and 100 records. Website and API reading have separate bounds. We do not promise to collect every property from every website automatically.

Your team must supply a maintained source, stable property IDs and evidence for missing facts. Discuss larger local transfers or unsupported structures with support. Re-uploading a file is not automatically a continuous update connection. Reading an existing API also differs from sending data to FindEstate: the public customer submission API is not live yet. Do not guess its address or place secrets in a URL.

Choose where you allow data to be used

Importing a catalog or activating free access does not publish listings. Source verification, eligible-data review and sharing permission are still required. Public GEO pages, API and MCP are independent channels: a public page does not enable the other two. An MCP client also needs an explicit compatible connection. Review each intended channel separately and inspect its actual response.

MCP documentation describes an application client connecting to a server, not a property automatically appearing in every conversation. Google separately states that eligibility for its Search AI features does not guarantee indexing or display. That is a different measure from a viewing enquiry you receive. Count observed events and distinguish an operator test from a real client contact.

Try the process, then make the decision

If the website offers a 90-day free period and your catalog is eligible, it begins at the first explicit access activation. Adding a source or verifying an email does not start it; re-adding the same catalog URL does not reset it. No card is required and there is no automatic charge. This is an access period, not a guaranteed deadline for data preparation or AI indexing.

After the period, private data remains in your workspace. Public distribution stops unless another active access basis applies. Check available plans and their full period totals in the pricing section; if payments are not yet enabled, contact support about continuing. This guide does not change your plan or create an automatic subscription.

After testing, compare actual time spent, data errors found and your ability to withdraw publication. Choose the manual process if it reliably meets a small, straightforward need. Choose FindEstate if its review and selected-channel controls help your team complete a specific task. Base that decision on a tested workflow rather than a promise that a new channel will bring buyers by itself.
