FindEstate

Privacy & data processing

Submit only catalogs you own or are authorized to manage. Avoid including passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal data in URLs or files.

FindEstate stores your submitted source and property data in your private account. For website and API sources, the configured data service may process the public source after your permission. An unavailable service leaves the source saved without claiming a completed scan.

Uploaded files and pasted data are read to create editable property records. Missing facts remain empty. Submitting a source does not publish your catalog or activate a paid subscription.

Optional V8 usage statistics start only after explicit permission is saved. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable measurement. You can withdraw through Cookie settings at any time; sending new events stops immediately.

Statistics connect random visit and page identifiers, finite page categories, journey steps, selected actions and scroll-depth bands. Active time counts only while the page is visible and focused, for up to 60 seconds after a generic interaction. A new measured visit starts after 30 minutes of inactivity. Only five validated UTM tags (source, medium, campaign, content, term) and an external referrer domain are collected; form content, full URLs, login codes and client contact details never enter these statistics.

The preference cookie lasts up to 180 days and the journey cookie up to 30 days. These lifetimes and dashboard reporting windows do not mean stored statistics are automatically deleted. Reports use pseudonymous identifiers; earlier behavior is not reconstructed.

Email marketing is a separate optional preference in a verified account’s organization settings: product tips, reminders and offers. You can withdraw there. Source-processing or statistics permission does not grant marketing permission. Essential login emails are separate. Marketing delivery remains disabled in this release; we use no email-open tracking pixels.
