Data methodology

Sources, permission and coverage

Catalogs connect through a URL, API, MCP or export supplied by the owner or their team. Publication requires source, identity and administrator checks and separately enabled channels. Only permitted facts are public; adding a catalog alone does not publish its data. Official auctions form a separate public-source directory.

Coverage can be partial. A visible count does not establish the complete market or project inventory. A project visualisation is not a photograph of an individual apartment.

Checks and dates

Asking price, availability and general source observations have separate dates. A check without changed facts is not a content modification. Public properties use a factual freshness limit of up to 30 days; official auction projections use 7 days and the actual closing time. Refresh frequency depends on the source and its configuration.

A missing listing does not mean that a property has sold. Unknown availability is labelled as unknown. Confirm the current asking price and availability with the original source before making a decision.

Calculations and presentation

Original currencies are displayed without automatic conversion. Area, price and dates are formatted for the selected interface language. A project price range is not an offer for an individual apartment. JSON-LD, HTML and agent interfaces use the same permitted facts, while browsing and indexing eligibility can differ.

Corrections and removal

Report an incorrect fact or request removal by providing the public page and original source links. The team reviews the request and publication permission; access is checked again when publication is disabled. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion deadline.
