1. The service and these terms

These terms govern FindEstate accounts and catalog tools at findestate.com. FindEstate helps catalog owners organize property data, review listings, manage enquiries and provide structured data through supported API, MCP and public channels. Contact the service operator at [email protected] or through the support form.

2. Registration and account security

Register using an email address you control or a supported Google sign-in. You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and, when acting for an organization, authorized to do so. Keep account details accurate and protect your mailbox, login codes and API keys. Notify support promptly if access is compromised; do not share personal sign-in credentials with team members.

3. Your catalog and permission to process it

Submit only sources, photographs, descriptions and contact details you own or are authorized to use. A publicly accessible website or permissive robots.txt does not by itself establish these rights. You authorize processing necessary to provide the service you request, including source reading, classification, storage and editing. This does not transfer ownership of your content to FindEstate.

4. Verification, review and publication

Source verification, data review and publication are separate steps. Verification confirms the stated connection using the applicable method; it does not certify every property fact. You remain responsible for the accuracy, availability, price and lawful use of submitted listings. Check extracted data and correct errors. Source submission alone does not publish your catalog; public distribution follows the applicable approval and channel settings.

5. AI connections and viewing enquiries

AI platforms control their own access, indexing and responses. A subscription, published page or MCP endpoint does not guarantee that an AI platform will index, recommend or display a property, or generate traffic or leads. Timing is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise. A viewing request is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment or property transaction; the catalog team arranges the next step with the requester.

6. Plans, payment and free access

Each catalog has its own subscription or applicable free-access entitlement. The selected period, full amount, taxes and renewal terms are shown before payment; a monthly equivalent for a longer plan is not its full charge. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription. When a 90-day trial is offered and the catalog is eligible, you choose a paid plan separately afterward; the trial does not itself authorize an automatic charge. Existing paid renewals follow the terms accepted at checkout.

7. Cancellation and invoices

Use the subscription management tools to review or cancel eligible renewals, and the invoices area to manage billing details and available invoices. Removing a catalog is not a substitute for cancelling a payment obligation; the service may require outstanding billing to be resolved first. Contact support for billing questions, cancellation assistance or refund requests. Any mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

8. Teams, keys and acceptable use

Grant members only the catalog access they need and revoke access when it is no longer appropriate. Keep ingestion keys on your server and follow the API authentication and usage limits. Do not bypass access controls, overload the service, submit unlawful material, impersonate another owner, or use the service to infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security incidents or unpaid obligations.

9. Privacy and optional choices

Account and source processing needed for the requested service is separate from optional usage statistics and marketing. Read the privacy and cookie policies for these activities. Refusing optional statistics does not prevent registration or use of core catalog tools. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to share personal contact details and for using enquiry data only for the requested purpose.

10. Availability, changes and ending access

Sources and third-party services may change or become temporarily unavailable; extracted data can require correction. We may update the service and these terms, displaying the current version and communicating material changes where required. Contact support to request account closure or data access/deletion; legal, billing, security and dispute-related retention may still apply. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

11. Questions and complaints

Send a description of the issue and relevant catalog reference to [email protected] or the support form. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or API secrets. These terms do not restrict rights to contact a competent supervisory authority, consumer body or court under applicable law.
