How the connection works
Your catalog. Their conversation. Your next enquiry.
Catalogs, feeds and files are structured and reviewed. With owner permission, approved property data enters the public FindEstate catalog. Compatible, explicitly connected ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok and other AI clients can read it. Users provide contact details and consent; viewing enquiries reach the source broker’s private inbox.

Check prices, currencies and locations in your workspace. Missing facts stay empty until you complete them.
Confirm your connection to the source. Verification does not publish the catalog or activate AI distribution.
Price, location and source dates stay together. Review missing fields in your workspace, then choose what to publish.
Review one property record before sharing it through your approved channels.
