1. Joining and referrals
The program is operated by Findestate, UAB, company number 307113879. You must sign in with a verified account and explicitly accept these terms. A referral code is not a customer discount code. A new customer provides a code during registration or confirms the code supplied by a referral link. Each registration is attributed to one affiliate; later advertising clicks do not replace completed attribution.
2. Commission and eligibility period
Commission is 30% of eligible payments actually received in EUR, excluding VAT, refunds and reversed payments. The eligibility period starts with the referred customer’s first paid-plan payment and lasts 12 months. The full eligible amount of an initial payment for a 24-month plan is included. Free trials, free activations, failed payments and payments not yet received do not earn commission.
3. Review, refunds and payouts
Commission is held for 30 days. A refund or payment reversal reduces the related commission and may adjust a future payout. Payouts require verified payee and bank details and an accounting document where applicable. Payouts are made monthly by manual bank transfer when the approved payable balance reaches at least EUR 50. Smaller balances carry forward. A payout is marked paid only after an operator confirms the bank transfer has already been completed.
4. Fair promotion
Self-referrals, fabricated accounts, impersonating FindEstate, unsolicited messages and promises of guaranteed AI visibility are not permitted. Disclose your commercial relationship when promoting the service. You are responsible for lawful promotion and your tax obligations. Suspicious referrals or payments may be held for review; violations can result in suspension while unapproved payouts remain under review.
5. Data and program changes
Your dashboard shows limited, masked information about referred customers. At launch we do not use referral tracking cookies: customers confirm a link’s code during registration. The accepted version of these terms is recorded. New terms will be presented before applying to new commitments. Contact [email protected] about attribution, commissions or payouts.
